Privacy and information protection

While registering or signing up, you are required to submit personal data directly to the HC platform. So we will only use such data for administration and monitoring purposes and will not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so.


If you wish to complain about any material shared into the HC platform, please contact us at official email address or contact us page otherwise report the problem. When you submit a complaint, please explain your claim and the reasons for your complaint, and specify information about your specific complained content, post or contribution.

We may request further information from you about your complaint before we process it. We will then review the contribution and decide whether it complies with our HC terms and conditions or Usage Standards. We will deal with any contribution which, in our opinion, violates our HC policies as described above. We will inform you of the outcome of our review within a reasonable time of receiving your complaint.


If you see the message with the text "Video removed: Terms of Use violation" attached to one of your submitted materials or products, the video may have been rejected due to a Terms and Conditions or intellectual property right violation. Review our Terms and conditions for more information.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We may revise these policies (HC T&C) at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you and will apply to you from the date the change was made. You agree to accept and comply with any changes to the rules if you use the platform after the change is made.

Governing law

The HC terms and conditions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canada and its various jurisdictions and Courts to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these terms and conditions in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Canada.
